Shipping & returns.

Orders placed on WhatsApp are confirmed the same working day. Delivery across the UAE is typically 1–3 working days. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are confirmed when we acknowledge your order.

We ship across the GCC. Times and charges depend on destination and are quoted before you pay. Perfume is classed as dangerous goods for air freight, so some destinations move by road.

Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp and paid by bank transfer or on delivery. Card payment is being added.

Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept a bottle once the seal is broken, unless it arrived damaged or faulty — tell us within 48 hours and send a photo, and we will replace it.

Photograph the box and the bottle before you unpack further and message us on WhatsApp. We replace breakages at our cost.
